Washing / Cleaning

• Wash in cold (30°C or below) water, whether using a washing machine or washing by hand.
• Give garments a gentle stretch when they come out of the wash to get them back into shape.
• Always air dry: dry clothes flat and out of the sun if possible.
• If you have an item that you know is prone to more than 10% shrinkage, hand wash it in cold water.

Ironing

• Use a medium hot iron and always iron on the wrong side of cotton fabric. Can add mist on the piece to help smooth out wrinkles
• For extra protection, use a pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric.
• Clothes steamer is recommended for smoothing out the garment on hanger. 

Our return and exchange policy allows customers to return or exchange ready stock item within 5 days once the logistic company has dropped the package at the shipping address. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and exchanges are subject to availability. Refunds will be issued to the customer's charged card. All sale items and pre-order items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact our customer service team for any questions about our return and exchange policy.

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders. All orders placed will be processed by the next working day and will be shipped after 3 to 4 weeks of production process. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, but all orders should arrive within 5-10 business days after dispatch. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. For international orders, please contact us for more information. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once the order has been dropped/register at the assigned logistic company.

We are unable to change the shipping address after an order is placed.

Please be advised that due to the nature of our production process, there may be slight variations in color from one batch of material to another. As our materials are sourced only when an order is placed, each batch of production may exhibit minor differences in color.

While we strive to maintain consistency in our products, factors such as variations in raw materials and manufacturing conditions may contribute to these slight differences. Please note that these variations are inherent to the production process and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.
