Our return and exchange policy allows customers to return or exchange *ready stock item only* within 5 days once the logistic company has dropped the package at the shipping address.

All items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and exchanges are subject to availability. Returns will only be process for refund after we have the returned product physically on hand.

Refunds will be issued to the customer's charged card.

All on-sale items and pre-order items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders.

All orders placed will be processed by the next working day and will be shipped after 3 to 4 weeks of production process.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once the order has been dropped/register at the assigned logistic company.

Washing / Cleaning

Wash in cold (30°C or below) water, whether using a washing machine or washing by hand.

Give garments a gentle stretch when they come out of the wash to get them back into shape.

Always air dry: dry clothes flat and out of the sun if possible.

If you have an item that you know is prone to more than 10% shrinkage, hand wash it in cold water.

Ironing

Use a medium hot iron and always iron on the wrong side of the fabric. Can add mist on the piece to help smooth out wrinkles

For extra protection, use a pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric.

Clothes steamer is recommended for smoothing out the garment on hnager.
Pre-ordered item offer slight measurement adjustment (please allow 1-3cm of difference in measurement).
