Shipping Policy
Codes by Tone Enterprise processes and ships orders within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and courier service. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination and order size. Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders as specified on the website.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Codes by Tone Enterprise is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition with tags intact.
Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please email support@codesbytone.com with your order details and reason for the return.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted for reasons including a change of mind, purchase of the wrong size, or selection of the wrong color. To qualify for an exchange, all purchased items, along with their original packaging, must remain intact and in sellable condition.
Before initiating a return for an exchange, you must contact us at support@codesbytone.com to confirm the availability of a replacement. Exchanges are limited to the same SKU or items of equal price. If the desired replacement item is unavailable, an exchange cannot be processed.
